You have read the story of the AntiHearts => [link] now heres the infamous Council.

The "Council of Despaired Entities" or "CODE" is a group of "AntiHearts" where most of them are hell-bent on "Dominance" over all. Like "Organization XIII" they were given names like them and anagram with an X. There are 9 "AntiHearts" that control the weaker ones. "The AntiHearts" feel no emotion other than pride for what they do. Although there are some execptions where AntiHearts that were orginally white, have feelings like remorse, sorrow and compassion. AntiHearts that are dark are the more cold-hearted, cruel and sadistic ones. Stronger AntiHearts have control over the heartless's and sometimes they are able to create "Nobodies."
The higher-ups have numbers somewhere on their body. 1 being the strongest and 9 being weakest. They all have their own abilites and weapons to match.

The Council's outfit are not limited to this but they are usually given it anyways just to show that they are part of the council. The uniform is a simple White coat like Orginazation XIII but it is also customizable. The coat can be really long or short like a jacket. and thats about it other than that The members can wear whatever they want

1. Stasdixt "King"
The Leader of "C.O.D.E" his name is derived from an anagram of "Sadist" with a X. Stasdixt controls all AntiHearts. He uses Dark, Divine and taboo arts in battle. Stasdixt can use any and all weapons like his subordinates. He uses the power of "Rage" in battle. His favored weapon is a "Scythe" named "All Pride." Stasdixt is called "King" by the others. Stasdixt seems as though he had a connection with Xehanort in his past life and seems to hate him. Stasdixt is very sadistic, taking his time killing but he is also very cunning and a brilliant stratgist.

2. Xnaipe "Warping Sissorman"
2nd in command. his name is an anagram of "Paine" with X. Xnaipe is like Stasdixt, very cruel in battle. He uses the element "Aether" in battle. Very similar to Xigbar's fighting style but Xnaipe mastered his techniques. Xnaipe uses a sissors-like scythes in battle. He like to teleport alot. He gets along with Stasdixt but hates when he is critzied by his fellow members. Impulsive yet collective.

3. Xesltre "The Manipulating Puppeteer"
Xesltre is derived from "Lester" with an X. He uses the power of "manipulation" in battle with his main weapons "Puppets." Xesltre has the unique ability of copying others special abilties on to his puppets and himself. Xesltre can also take over someones body and use them instead of showing up in person. The lenght of how far he can control someone is not yet known but it is long and far.

4. Inarx "The Bloody Swordmen"
Inarx is the anagram of "Rain" and X. Inarx is the independent one of all the lower numers usually following his own route. His element is "Water" and "Blood" where he can crystalize both of the liquids into very powerful swords. When he doesn't want to use "Blood" he would wear a "water-skin" or bend the mositure in the air. Not very pratical and likes to solve things his way. Tempermental. He is like a brother figure to Navix.

5. Navix "The Shocking Deity"
Navix is the anagram of "Ivan" with X. Navix is the youngest and one of the more brightest of them members. A child-prodigy that uses "Electricity" to fight. He uses "Electric Tonfas" to fight. He is good friends Inarx and is treated like a little brother by Inarx.

6. Sronix "Exotic Doctor"
Sronix is least active member in the Council. Her name is devried "Siron" and X. By the name of her title she is the "head doctor" of the coucil. Her element is "Gravity" and "Pressure". Her fighting style is that of "Dim Mak" and her weapons are "Sebon Needles." She has a thing for Stasdixt and is the only one to call him by his name in a serious meeting.

7. Enrigx "The Scarred Junior"
Enrigx is a name derived from "Reign" and X. Enrigx is considered the most cowardly and self-centered of the members. He never does any of the dirty work he is told to and he would usually get someone else to do it. He uses Dirty tactics to fight such as taking hostages and etc. His element is"Shrouds" and his weapon is "Boomerangs." He is hated by almost everyone in the council especially Stasdixt.

8. Yxoko "Silent Assistant"
Yxoko is an anagram of "Yoko" and X. Yxoko usually assists Sronix in operations and is the least aggressive of all the members usually sitting in the back, healing her comrads that are battling. Her element is "Healing" and "Time". She is very timid and quiet, Inarx
usually tries to break her shell by doing dangerous things to himself or something funny. She hs a secret crush on Inarx too

9. Xoras "The Blade Master"
Xoras is the AntiHeart of and the anagram of "Sora". Again the newest member like Roxas was. His element is "Darkness and Light" and his weapons are" Twin Tiger Hook Keyblades" one is Black called "Destuction" and the other is Silver called "Re-Birth." Unlike Roxas though Xoras has no intention of finding Sora but he also doesn't that desire to become a "Dominate." He is close to mstly everybody in the council espcially Inarx and Navix as well as Stasdixt himeself though he does have an urge to beat Enrigx's face in.
